Ordering & payment

Can anyone buy from Matsons, or is it trade only?
Everyone's welcome — we sell to both trade and the public, at trade prices. You don't need an account to place an order online or at the counter.

Are your prices with or without VAT?
You can switch between VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive pricing using the toggle at the top of the site. Prices show excluding VAT by default unless you turn the toggle on.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please note that goods paid for by card can only be delivered to the cardholder's registered address.

Delivery

Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We offer free delivery to all local postcodes. For addresses outside the local area, contact the branch for a delivery quote.

How quickly can I get my order?
Most in-stock items are available for Click & Collect in as little as one hour. Delivery times depend on your postcode and the items ordered — we'll confirm when you order.

How does Click & Collect work?
Order online, choose your collection branch at checkout, and we'll have it ready — often within the hour. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready to pick up.

Trade accounts

What are the benefits of a trade account?
A Matsons trade account gives you agreed credit terms, online invoice and statement management through the Trade Account Portal, and a faster checkout.

How do I apply for a trade account?
Use the "Request a trade account" link in the footer, or call the branch on 0116 262 6185 and we'll guide you through it.
